Join The Ride.

Slow Roll Buffalo plans, provides, and promotes bicycle events to ensure fun, social experiences that help participants learn about the City of Buffalo. From the intentional professionalism of planning to focusing on a rider experience, we have put in the thousands of miles of expertise needed to make every event successful.

Monday Night Community Ride

Our signature event, the weekly Monday Night Community Ride, is a group ride that covers 10 miles at a slow pace with two stops along the way. Our season begins each May with a different planned route every week through the end of October. Each ride explores a specific host neighborhood, with stops to regroup and make connections.

Our popup festival-like after-parties are perfect for trying local food and drinks, meeting local business vendors in our marketplace, and enjoying music in a joyous atmosphere. The goal is to intentionally visit every neighborhood in the city and provide opportunities to learn about what affects our neighbor's lives.

Additional Rides & Events.

Our commitment to people, places, and causes extends beyond our weekly Monday night rides. Slow Roll Buffalo hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including:

  • Weekend Pedal Parties

  • Ticket to Roll Fundraiser Rides

  • Snow Rolls

  • SQUAD Funtivities

The Slow Roll Experience.

FUN

A fun, alternative activity that helps riders expand their friend circle, learn something new, and regularly enjoy more exercise to benefit their mental and physical health.

CONNECTION

A social and inclusive ride of all levels of experience, including children, seniors, and anyone who is new to bike life or wants to rediscover the joy of riding.

PACE

The front of the ride sets a slow pace of 8-10 MPH for joyriders, and gets faster towards the back as cyclists stretch out and catch up in an accordion-like fashion.
