Starting from Roswell Park Outreach & Engagement Center as the first ride in our Sober Series with a special focus on Longevity, in partnership with the Bicycle Bottle Shop, providing a curated selection of non-alcoholic beverages.
This longevity-themed ride also highlights our new Golden Wellness 365 Program and community health, with a scenic route through the Ellicott District featuring mass-ups and meaningful stops along the way. After the ride, stick around for great vibes and delicious food from Mother Cluckers!

If you’re driving to the ride, please avoid parking on residential streets. Instead, use our designated lot at 589 Ellicott Street, available from 5:30–9:00 PM (gates close at 9!). It’s just a quick 2-minute, 0.4-mile ride to Roswell Park’s Outreach & Engagement Center.
Slow Roll Buffalo Monday Night Community Rides connect communities through guided rides for bicyclists of all ages and skill levels, with a slow pace and volunteer squad that keeps riders safe and social. Each ride features a different host site and unique route around the city, including stops to regroup and meet neighborhood stakeholders before returning to the starting point for an afterparty with food, drinks, music, and fellowship.
